I've done a lot of Deck and Shade, Pergolas, Plumbing, Framing, Drywall Paint. Great on ladders. Can walk 2-3 story Frames
I'm not a Sub looking to get a large Part of the Pie. A Fair wage would be great. That said-I am currently limited on tools, and don't drive. ( Bummer I know)
I'm well versed with the city Bus and can be anywhere in t an hour or so.
