I have 2 rooms for rent. The rooms are not furnished. One is 11 ft by 10ft and the other one is 12ft by 11ft. It's a 3 bedroom house with only one bathroom. I am a 52 yr old working lady who smokes and has a 5 month old 4 pound Chihuahua puppy. I prefer a lady renter but I am willing to speak to anyone. Electric and water are included. First months rent and $325 dollar security deposit is due before move in day. I listed the address only. If you would like pics of the room or rooms I will send them upon request. They are both private rooms but have a shared bathroom and kitchen
