Private ground-floor room available for band rehearsals, drum practice, or solo sessions. High volume is completely fine during open hours (full kits, bass stacks, brass, etc.).
Hours:
7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
The Setup:
Ground-floor room
Easy load-in right near the parking area
Plenty of clean power outlets and heavy extension cords ready to go
Wi-Fi available
Rates:
Hourly: $75/hr (1-hour minimum)
4-Hour Block: $260
8-Hour Block: $480
Payment via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Cash to lock in your spot.
A Few Quick Rules:
12:00 PM Hard Stop: Amplified sound ends right at 12 PM.
Load-in/Out: Gear loading only. No hanging out or idling loud cars out front.
No Smoking Inside: Take it outdoors.
Gear: Treat the room with respect. You break it, you cover it.
