Apartment building maintenance assistant wanted with reliable transportation. Decatur & Huntsville
Work includes: General maintenance, Landscaping, carpentry, unit turns, painting, cleaning, odd jobs around the property. You will be assisting the maintenance supervisor in keeping properties running smooth.
Where: We have 2 apartment complexes in Decatur and Huntsville. You’ll be traveling to each as needed.
Description: • Someone reliable, trustworthy, on time and willing to learn and take direction • eager, strong and ready to work with a good attitude. Reliable transportation (required) • Basic tools knowledge a plus - Must be able to pass a background test and be drug free. Experience is a plus but not required if you’re dependable and ready to work.
Other: Job is flexible. This is non-salary job and you will receive a 1099 at end of year. Job is part-time but there is a lot of work to do so work is steady. Pay is $20 per hour and up if experienced.
