Looking for an experienced plumber to add a bathroom to an existing laundry room in a rental property in DeBary.
The existing sewer/drain connection is very close to the new bathroom location, approximately 10 feet or less away on the other side of the wall.
Work will include cutting/busting through the existing concrete slab, installing the underground drain/waste piping for a toilet, bathtub and vanity, connecting to the existing sewer/drain system, and completing the plumbing rough-in.
I would prefer someone who can also complete the remaining bathroom plumbing and install the toilet, tub and vanity, but I am willing to hire someone for just the underground/rough plumbing portion if that is your specialty.
There may also be additional work available to frame the bathroom walls and complete the bathroom.
