For comparison, new low-lift transmission jacks are currently around $110–$130 for 450-lb models, while heavier 800-lb models are around $240. Harbor Freight’s current 450-lb low-lift transmission jack is $129.99.
Looking at yours, it is clearly used and has scratches, dirt, and surface wear, but the saddle, wheels, and straps appear to be present. If you don’t know whether the hydraulics lift and hold properly, I would advertise it as untested.
I would start at $75 OBO. If someone confirms that it lifts and holds correctly, I think $75–$100 is reasonable. Untested, I’d expect more like $50–$70.
