Next Chapter Job Placement is recruiting for a pediatric therapy organization that provides evidence-based, home- and clinic-based ABA services for children with autism.
This family-centered organization works closely with parents and caregivers to address each child’s individual needs. Its mission is straightforward: do whatever it takes to help every client thrive while recognizing and celebrating everyday progress.
WHY BCBAs ENJOY WORKING HERE

Scheduling
A dedicated scheduling team helps ensure that client sessions are consistently scheduled, allowing BCBAs to concentrate on clinical care.
Reports and Documentation
The Quality Control team reviews reports, provides training and helps ensure that clinical documentation meets established standards.
Billing
A dedicated billing team manages claim submissions and reimbursement processes.
Administrative Support
BCBAs work alongside practicum students, floor-support managers and a dedicated reception team that keeps daily operations running smoothly.
Behavior Technician Hiring and Training
The recruiting and training team manages the hiring, onboarding and initial training of new behavior technicians, helping ensure that each clinical team is prepared and confident.
