We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Maintenance Technicians to join our apartment community team.
Maintenance Technicians play an important role in the success of our community by maintaining apartment interiors, common areas, amenities, and overall property appearance. Responsibilities include preparing apartment homes for new residents and completing repairs and maintenance in occupied homes.
Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repair, and carpentry. Candidates should also be able to identify and address landscaping deficiencies, troubleshoot irrigation issues, and perform basic irrigation repairs. Maintaining the community’s curb appeal and providing residents with a clean, attractive, and well-maintained environment are essential parts of the position.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-service focused, dependable, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with residents are required.
Candidates must also be willing and able to learn and utilize industry-leading technology to provide efficient and effective service.
Depending on the position and community needs, certifications may be required to perform HVAC and pool maintenance.
