We are a specialized massage chair service company partnering with major manufacturers to complete warranty repairs. We are looking for a skilled field repair technician to join our team of independent contractors serving the Dayton area.
This is a flexible 1099 position - ideal for electronics technicians, appliance repair pros, or handy field techs looking to supplement their income on their own schedule.
What you will do:
- Find the fault: electrical, mechanical, or both. A multimeter and basic circuit knowledge are the main tools.
- Replace the failed part - circuit boards, motors, harnesses, massage mechanisms - using parts we ship to you.
- Treat the customer's home with care, explain what you did, and submit a brief report with photos.
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency using a multimeter and understanding basic electrical circuits.
- Experience repairing electronics, appliances, or devices with printed circuit boards (PCBs) is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (you define the service radius you are comfortable driving).
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional customer communication.
Pay and details:
- $120 and up per job (more for bigger repairs), plus mileage.
- You set your own service radius and your own schedule.
- Parts are shipped to you before the visit, so most jobs are one trip.
- Simple 1099 setup. No quotas, no minimums.
