We are looking for workers and subs to join our gutter / gutter cover installation crew. On-the-job training will be provided. The position involves optional compensated travel to out-of-state markets for installation jobs.

We sell and install a comprehensive line of gutter protection systems, gutters, and related services across several markets and regions. We offer an excellent opportunity for the right person to get paid installing gutters and/or gutter guards.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Assist in installing gutters and gutter guards onto homeowner's property
Travel with crew to homeowner’s property
Respond to installer or service requests for assistance on job sites.
Troubleshoot problem installations and communicate findings to crew
Deliver missing parts, materials, or products to job sites to ensure first-time completion.
Make repairs or adjustments as needed
Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and presentable manner
Take accurate measurements when necessary to support recovery and installation efforts
Follow safety requirements by following strict precautions and reporting safety concerns
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Must be 18 years or older
No experience required, some experience preferred
You must be physically able and willing to climb ladders up to 4-stories (35-40 feet), while following our installation and safety guidelines.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required).
You are presentable, personable, friendly, and get along well with others
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Basic computer/technology skills
Must be able to lift products, assist with service, and make repairs as needed
Schedule
Monday to Saturday, with flexibility depending on project and training needs.
Part Time or Full Time. 20 - 40 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $16 to 18 per hour during training. Once trainee period is complete (1-4 months), pay will shift to a per-job, per-performance basis. An efficient installer could potentially make much more than the starting hourly rate.
Trainee period paid hourly.
