This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship, not a single bid. We have consistent volume: investor rehabs, listing prep, and repairs generated through our real estate and senior-transition business. If you’re good, reliable, and priced fairly, this is ongoing work, not a one-time job.
Pay: $35–$50/hr depending on experience, based on a written time estimate for each job before you start so scope and hours track together.
>What we need from you:
-Experience running full residential rehabs and smaller repair/punch-list work
-Your own crew or trusted sub network for what you don’t do yourself
-Comfortable pulling permits and working with Montgomery, Warren, and Greene County requirements
-General liability insurance — $1,000,000 minimum for large rehab/project work; smaller repair jobs may qualify with a lower policy limit, tell us what you carry (and workers’ comp if you have employees) — certificate of insurance required
-Willing to complete a background check — a meaningful share of this work is in occupied homes, including senior clients’ homes (cost covered by us)
