I have two; the lighter one says its model is VIC-1541 and the darker one's model is just 1541. It comes with a drive cable, a power cord, a VIC-1541 manual, and a cardboard read-head protector.
Both have been connected to a Commodore 64 and used to play games, so I know they work fine.
