Emerald Bay Management is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with maintaining our residential apartment communities in the Dayton area.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems, and knows how to get things done correctly without needing someone to hold their hand every step of the way!
Responsibilities Include:
General apartment maintenance and repairs
Plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, leaks, etc.)
Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups
Apartment turnovers and make-ready work
Door, lock, cabinet, and hardware repairs
General property upkeep and preventative maintenance
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Dependability, good communication, and attention to detail
Professional attitude when interacting with residents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic tools preferred
HVAC knowledge is a PLUS!
