We no longer have room for my grandmother's loveseat. My guess is that my grandparents bought it 50-75 years ago so it is not made of lightweight materials. It is heavy! I had it recovered about 12 years ago and we rarely use it so the loveseat is in good condition. The loveseat is about 53" wide, 36" deep (front of cushions to back of back), and 33" high. You will need at least a couple of people to move this!
