I have a 5 foot x 5 foot laundry room that I want to convert to a half bath that has a sink and a toilet. Hot and cold water are already in the room. Need to run copper to the new sink and toilet, and tie the new 3” toilet drain into an old existing 4” line that is already under the floor. Toilet line also needs a clean out as this is the end of the line.
I need an experienced plumber that knows all plumbing codes.
