Possible Vintage; it is an Adjustable Pole Lamp with a Hanging Beads Lampshade
This lamp swings for adjustable positioning, perfect for reading with overhead light. The shade has some pretty nice hanging beads and a three-way bulb socket. It is 56" to the top of the shade. The shade is actually all white, but the camera detects the shadow on the inside of the double-lined shade.
Due to its uniqueness in design and usefulness, the price is fair.
