I have a nice, private 1 bedroom cottage for rent. It is extremely private, quiet, and centrally located (902 Eureka, cottage behind the main house). It has new windows and flooring throughout. It has a separate entrance, fenced yard, and patio. It has a washer/dryer. Fiber internet, gas, trash, and sewer are all included in the rent. People tend to really like living here. Our last tenants were here for 6 years and those before that were with us for 4. Rent is $900/mo. Security Deposit is $300. You can email or text me to schedule a visit. No calls.
