Core Aeration and overseeding. I use a Billygoat 2501 Reciprocating aerator with a Gandy seed box mounted to it, so I can aerate and overseed, all in 1 pass. (YouTube search Billygoat 2501 for a video). I can supply seed or use seed you supply, if you want to save a little money. If your lawn has sprinklers, they will need to be marked, prior to work.
