About Us:
We operate a portfolio of luxury vacation villas across the Orlando area, accommodating large groups and delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're growing and need a reliable, guest-savvy handyman to keep our properties in top shape.
What You'll Do:
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple villa properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC filters, appliances, etc.)
• Conduct pre-arrival inspections and post-checkout property checks
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with a professional, hospitality-first attitude
• De-escalate guest concerns on-site with calm, solution-focused communication
• Document issues and repairs with photos and written notes
• Coordinate with property management and cleaning crews
What We're Looking For:
• Proven handyman or maintenance experience — short-term vacation rental or hospitality setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking directly with guests
• Experience handling complaints and high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Reliable transportation and availability for on-call or weekend response
• Attention to detail and a pride-in-work mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
