Your share would be $3,000/month, with your own private bedroom and bathroom and full use of the shared living areas, kitchen and other common spaces. I will furnish the living room and kitchen/common areas, so you would only need to furnish your own private space.
I am a professional who works from home and am looking for one mature, responsible, clean and considerate woman who appreciates a peaceful, attractive home and wants the space and privacy of a house rather than a large apartment complex.
Ideally, no smoking and no pets.
