This is a boat I currently have in Dana Point Harbor with a great slip location when construction is finished. However, I am getting ready to retire and move in the next couple years, so I need to sell it. The boat would be worth about 11K per website; however, it needs the bottom paint and the 20HP diesel Yanmar motor blown out, which I have an estimate from the boatyard of about $2,800 to pull it out and do both. Thus, I would prefer to drop the price and let the new owner do that. I am open to arrangements re slip selection and the waitlist as long as it does not leave me in the lurch.
