Located in a historic 220 year old building, the studio is close to downtown but on a quiet residential street. It is just one block to the library, bookstore, post office and Damariscotta's vibrant downtown. It is on the shore of the Damariscotta River with wonderful views from inside and out. The large windows with exposure to the East, South and West make it bright and cheerful and the high ceilings make it feel more spacious.
It is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, dishware and cookware. There is a firm double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
All utilities, wifi, off street parking and plowing are included.
First month's rent and security deposit required to move in. References required. A small pet will be considered with a non-refundable fee of $100.
