State Fair Workers (Dallas)

All positions we are hiring for would require that you be available to work from Open to Close the days you are scheduled. We do not offer shift work for this event.
We have two types of schedules available: 1. Monday to Sunday 2. Thursday to Sunday
All positions would require that you have a valid TABC and Food Handlers certificate. If you don't have one or both; we can direct you on to obtain both of those.
The positions we are looking for are:
1. Counter and/or prep
2. Cooks
3. Bartender (do not have to be a bartender but must have experience making drinks, be quick and knowledgeable on drinks)
4. Beer Server (knowledge of craft beer helpful)
5. Wine Server (knowledge of wine helpful)
6. Novelty Cart (Shifts for this are Monday to Friday Open to Close or Saturday and Sunday only Open to Close)
