We used this wheelchair for our 3-year-old after she broke her toes, but the foot rests were a little long, so I think it would also work for an older child.

This version has a 12” wide seat. The seat depth is 12". The seat back height is 14", the weight capacity is 250 lbs, and the product weight is 39 lbs.
