You are not handed a phone book and told to dial strangers. By the time a name reaches you, our outreach has ALREADY contacted that business owner — by email, by direct message and by text. Most of them have opened it. Some have already replied. The conversation is already open before you ever pick up the phone.
You are walking into a warm conversation, not interrupting a stranger's dinner. That is the single biggest difference between this and every cold-call sales job you have ever seen advertised — and it is why reps who hate cold calling do well here.

THE WORK, HONESTLY
We are VisionEdge ai Media, a Dallas marketing company. We install AI agent systems into local businesses — the voice agent, the follow-up agent and the marketing agent described above, all running on one platform.
You talk to small-business owners who have already heard from us, show them what those agents do, and close them.
A normal week:
- Work the warm leads our outreach generates by email, DM and text
- Call and demo local business owners
- Send a simple proposal, follow up, close
- Log it all in GoHighLevel, our CRM — we set it up and train you on it
That is the whole job. If you can hold a conversation with a business owner and follow up without being chased, you can do this.

HOW THE MONEY WORKS
- You keep 40% of everything you collect. After 10 closed sales the rate steps up to 50% and stays there.
- Paid twice a month, the 16th and the 31st.
- Our packages run $397 to $1,497 one-time, plus $297 to $497 per month. Do the arithmetic: on a $997 job you keep $399. Land a client on $997 plus $497/month and you keep $399 up front and about $199 every month that client stays. Recurring clients are what make this worth doing.
- Commission is paid on collected money only. If a client refunds or charges back, that comes off. Unpaid invoices earn nothing.
And the part most ads hide: there is no salary, no base, no benefits and no paid time off. Some months will be strong and some will be slow. That is what 100% commission means. If that is not acceptable, please do not apply — I mean that respectfully.

WHO WE WANT
- You are fine with 100% commission and you understand you eat what you kill.
- You have sold something at some point — products, services, contracts, accounts, or your own business. Real sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- You can pick up a phone and explain a service without reading a script word for word.
- You do what you say you will do. You show up, you follow up, you do not vanish.
- You are comfortable with simple software. This is not a technology job.
