Rad rover, used but good condition. Front and rear racks, nice kenda tires. Motor is strong. I don’t know top speed because I never wanted to go that fast. The battery is original so I make no guarantees there. It might last two years or two days. It’s working now. I know new ones on eBay run $3-400. Large frame. It is class three, meaning throttle assist, you don’t have to pedal. See pics.
