Position: Quality Control Runner/Project Coordinator needed for a construction company.
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Support Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
2. Maintain communication throughout the process.
3. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and clients to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
4. Visiting job sites for quality control inspections, documenting job progress, and permit follow ups.
5. Assisting with material delivery and resolving any field issues.
6. Communicate updates to clients and ensure subcontractors perform working according to company standards.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in construction, project coordination, and quality control.
2. Bilingual in Spanish.
3. Must have a car/driver's license.
4. Must be highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
5. Must be capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and field crews.
Compensation: $1,400 per week + bonuses on completed projects.
