Responsible for monitoring manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure compliance with approved specs, batch records, SOP's, and applicable quality standards.
-Responsible for swabbing prod lines before starting
-Perform inspections
-Verify correct labels
-Conduct in process inspections
-Verify compliance
-Assure batch documentation
-Monitor for deviations
-Support internal audits
-Should be bilingual in english and spanish
-Ability to work with basic math concepts
-Reasoning ability
-Ability to stand for 8+ shours on a shift and lift up to 25 lbs
-Self motivation, hard work and reliability are very important
