Early custom-order Palmer Rainbow, pre-1965 Titlist house-cue conversion — dated by Tate Palmer Collector, confirmed by Peter Balner himself. The direct ancestor of Palmer's catalog Model C (2nd catalog) — Palmer's tribute to Herman Rambow's classic design.
Documented by a Tate Palmer Collector identification letter dated March 7, 2011 — ~15 years of written provenance traveling with the cue. That's what separates it from an unmarked "probably a Palmer."
Specs (measured 2026-10-15):
- 20.50 oz, ~13mm tip, tip and ferrule good
- Brass piloted joint, black wrap
