I'm looking for highly skilled, dependable painters with at least 5 years of professional painting experience. Must have your own tools, strong painting skills, and the ability to perform quality drywall repairs and finishing.
I'm looking for individuals who take pride in their work, work hard, follow directions, and understand what it takes to complete a job properly and on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience.
• Must have your own professional painting tools.
• Strong drywall skills, including patching, repairs, mudding, finishing, and preparing surfaces for paint.
• Experience with both residential and commercial painting.
• Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
• Must be dependable, show up on time, and be ready to work.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direction.
• Must be willing to travel for certain jobs when needed.
• Must be comfortable working independently and with different team members.
• Must be available for occasional night work.
IMPORTANT: I AM NOT LOOKING FOR SUBCONTRACTORS.
I'm looking for individual painters who want consistent work, the opportunity to make money, and a business relationship where good work and dependability are valued.
I'm also not looking for crews who insist on working together as a group. Depending on the project, I may need to send different painters to different job sites. You must be comfortable working independently and alongside different people.
WHAT I EXPECT:
I run a professional painting operation and work with clients who expect quality workmanship, productivity, and jobs completed within the agreed-upon time frame.
Following directions is extremely important. I need people who can listen, understand what's expected, and execute the work without constant supervision.
I am very selective about who I allow on my job sites. If your workmanship doesn't match the experience you claim to have, your productivity is unacceptable, or you show up and don't put in the work, you will be asked to leave.
I'm looking for skilled professionals who take their work seriously, respect the job, and understand that they are working under my direction. I expect a strong work ethic, professionalism, accountability, and quality results.
