JOBS WE NEED COVERED:
- Changing locks and installing lockboxes
- Property winterization and pressure testing
- Mowing and yard cleanup
- Cutting back shrubs and brush
- Patching roofs / temporary tarp jobs
- Emptying out toilets and refrigerators
- Treating mold issues
- Small repairs to drywall or flooring
- Photo proof at each stage of the job
TO QUALIFY:
- You supply your own tools and gear
- You have a reliable vehicle
- You can hit deadlines without follow-up
- Background in REO, foreclosure, or restoration work helps
