A well-established flooring company specializing in apartment projects is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to assist with daily warehouse operations, handling flooring materials, organizing inventory, and preparing materials for deliveries.

We are looking for someone with forklift operating experience who can safely move, load, unload, and organize flooring materials. Knowledge of flooring products is strongly preferred. Previous experience working as a flooring installer or helper on a flooring crew is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to move and organize flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
Receive and unload incoming flooring materials and supplies.
Load and unload trucks for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Inspect products and confirm quantities before shipments.
Stage flooring materials for scheduled apartment projects.
Pull and prepare materials for outgoing orders.
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas.
Assist with occasional local deliveries using a light-duty company truck.
Keep the warehouse clean and follow all safety procedures.
Perform additional warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous forklift operating experience required.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and move warehouse materials.
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge of flooring products and materials is strongly preferred.
Experience as a flooring installer or flooring crew helper is a plus.
Ability to identify flooring materials and accurately count quantities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with physical warehouse work.
Bilingual applicants preferred.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay of $23 per hour, with consideration for additional experience.
Paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick days, and company-paid health insurance after 90 days.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Overtime opportunities available on some Saturdays.
