SHIYA, a modern Asian restaurant in North Dallas, is urgently hiring an experienced Asian Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Asian cuisine, especially hot kitchen cooking.

Requirements:
- Professional restaurant kitchen experience
- Experience with Asian cuisine, including wok cooking, stir-fry, noodles, and sauces
- Strong knife skills and food preparation
- Ability to work independently in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, organized, and a team player

Experience with Thai, Chinese, Japanese, or other Asian cuisines is a plus.

Full-time position.
