The (room) whole living space is 16ft X 11ft. 3inch private entry
It fits up to a full size bed comfortably,
kitchen area has a sink, mini fridge and double burner to cook. This room is definitely not good for someone that loves to cook. (No oven )
Has toilet and shower.
Street parking only, security cameras all the way around the house.
$650 monthly and $100 deposit for one person only, One indoor cat OK. Must have steady job outside the home. This is an open format room, meaning no walls, but you can always put a divider at restroom area. All bills paid (included in the rent ). Smoking outdoors only. This is a drama free house so if you’ve already been asked to leave somewhere due to any type of drama don’t bother wasting your time or mine please.
