Radley Staffing is looking for reliable General Laborers for construction sites throughout the Dallas area. We regularly staff projects in Dallas, irving, mesquite, and surrounding cities.
No construction experience is required. We are mainly looking for people who are dependable, have reliable transportation, can get to work on time and are willing to work.
Typical work can include:
-Jobsite cleanup
-Moving and staging materials
-Sweeping and shoveling
-Assisting superintendents and construction crews
-General site organization
-Other basic construction labor as needed
Starting pay is $13/hr.
Most jobs start around 7:00 AM and are during the week, although some Saturday work may be available depending on the project.
We are a construction staffing company, so hours and assignments can vary based on the needs of our jobsites. We cannot guarantee 40 hours every week.
Some assignments may only last a day or two, while others can last several weeks or turn into ongoing full-time work. We have had employees start on short-term assignments, perform well, and then be asked by the superintendent to stay on the project long-term.
This can be a good opportunity for someone looking to get into construction, pick up additional work, or gain more experience. We also want to help reliable employees develop their skills and work toward higher-level construction opportunities.
