RESPONSIBILITIES:
ā¢ Safely operate tractor-trailers and flatbeds
ā¢ Transport glass and aluminum materials
ā¢ Properly secure fragile and heavy loads
ā¢ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
ā¢ Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
ā¢ Maintain delivery logs and required records
ā¢ Assist with loading and unloading when needed
ā¢ Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and delays
QUALIFICATIONS:
ā¢ Valid CDL with a clean driving record
ā¢ Commercial truck driving experience
ā¢ Flatbed or construction-material experience preferred
ā¢ Glass-handling experience is a plus
ā¢ Knowledge of proper load securement
ā¢ Forklift experience is a plus
ā¢ Able to lift 25+ lbs. and assist with material handling
ā¢ Reliable with strong communication and time-management skills
ā¢ Willing to work extended hours when needed
