**Position:** Agent Manager / Social Recruitment Coordinator
**Job Type:** Remote / Part-Time
**Compensation:** $300 Base Salary + Performance-Based Monthly Payments
## About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, well-connected, and responsible individual to join our team as an **Agent Manager (Trusted Vendor)**.
Your primary responsibility will be to recruit and manage a network of trustworthy agents who can host our company-provided devices at their locations.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong social connections who can recruit reliable individuals, preferably friends or people they know personally, across different U.S. states.
## Key Responsibilities
**1. Agent Recruitment**
- Continuously recruit trustworthy individuals to join our network.
- Build and manage a team of up to 10 agents.
- Recruit agents from different U.S. states rather than concentrating on one location.
- Prioritize reliable friends, acquaintances, and trusted personal connections.
**2. Agent Management**
- Maintain regular communication with your assigned agents.
- Ensure agents remain responsive and reliable.
- Contact agents directly whenever assistance or follow-up is needed.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure devices remain properly connected and operational.
- Help resolve basic issues and communicate updates to our team.
**3. Device Coordination & Support**
- Our company will provide the necessary devices and equipment.
- Agents will not need to use their personal phones or laptops to operate the devices.
- Assist agents during initial setup and provide occasional support when required.
- No 24/7 availability is required. Once devices are installed and operating correctly, ongoing support is generally minimal.
## Monthly Compensation
Our compensation structure rewards successful recruitment and effective agent management.
- **$300/month** — Base salary
- **$100/month** — Per agent under your management
- **$50/month** — Per hosted device
**Example Monthly Earnings**
If you manage 10 agents hosting a total of 10 devices:

## Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit and manage up to 10 trustworthy agents.
- A broad social network across multiple U.S. states.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Responsible, dependable, and proactive.
- Ability to maintain relationships and ensure timely responses from agents.
- Previous team management or recruitment experience is a plus, but not required.
