I have a few things that need taken care of. Wood siding needs reattached from wind, find water leak( possibly coming in around top of window), weather stripping needed around 2 exterior doors, some insulation needs reinstalled, rain gutter needs fixed, brick molding around exterior door is starting to rott and needs fixed, ect... I don't need a teacher, banker,oil field worker, or a cashier to come and give me a price, I need a contractor with tools and ladders lol.
