Good value here. I’m selling as-is but at this price I’ve got no issues spelling out the good, the bad, and the ugly. RV has been mainly stored in the barn and occasionally used as “guest quarters” for last 7-8 years. Only used the electric systems in that time but all gas systems (stove, furnace, fridge, etc) worked fine last time used. Water (and drainage) systems all work leak-free and on-board pump is strong. Excellent drivers layout. The engine is one of the last of the Ford big blocks (but fuel-injected) and is simple, smooth, strong and virtually bulletproof. There have been several water damage issues over the years (mostly from the previous owner) and I had the most serious professionally repaired. And while I resealed the roof recently, more repairs are needed unless you’re primarily storing the rig under shelter as I did. I put a new battery in but it needs a 2nd long-term. No transmission slippage but the main seal needs servicing sooner rather than later. Suspension/tires/alternator/vehicle water pump, etc were all replaced not long before storage. So, a decade or so old but with very few miles on those components. Brakes always show ABS light but dealer swears it’s an indicator issue and that it’s fine but I’ve never had to lock it up to test their word. Generator currently pulled out but yours if you want it. A/C’s (both the overhead RV one and the dashboard truck one) blew cold last time used. Interior certainly shows wear and tear but is in pretty decent shape considering it’s 30 yrs old. I’d highly recommend upgrading electrical system to a more efficient LED one but currently most lights, sockets, switches, etc. are working. Manuals for every system and ton of documentation included. I’m not putting it back in the barn as I have other projects there now so it’s priced to move quick. Number is a landline so no texts please.
