Mattress with cover and clean sheets included.
Non-smoking home, but we do have cats.
Broken down into simpler sections and pieces, now stored under cover outside, most of the screws are present (a few got stripped when disassembling).
Parts fit in 78" x 40" space but one piece is 78" x 75". We can break it down further if needed for transport.
ONLY UPPER BUNK currently has frame.
If you want two bunks and are handy you can easily construct the lower one by copying the top frame.
We removed it to put a dresser under the top bunk and that frame has since disappeared... ;P
In the photos we have already taken off the top rails, but you can see where they go.
