Competitive Pay
We offer 80 CPM for Dry Van OR 32% of gross Flatbed drivers, with potential weekly earnings of approximately $2,800–$4,200, depending on your mileage and workload. I want you to have a clear understanding of our pay structure and earning potential before you make a decision.
🚛 Modern Trucks
We operate 2024–2027 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with fully automatic transmissions. Our trucks are equipped with a refrigerator, inverter, and microwave to make your time on the road more comfortable.
🏠 Home-Time Schedule
Our standard schedule is 3 weeks on the road and 1 full week at home. I understand how important family time is, so I want to make sure you know what to expect before joining us.
✈️ Company-Paid Travel
We cover your round-trip flights for home time. You'll leave your truck at our yard in Woodstock, Illinois, and when you return, you'll pick up the same truck and get back on the road.
Uber and hotel arrangements after your initial orientation are also included.
📞 24/7 Logbook Support
I know that logbook questions can come up at any time, so we provide 24/7 logbook support to assist our drivers with ELD-related issues while they're on the road.
🔧 In-House Repair Shop
We have our own repair shop to help coordinate truck maintenance and repairs, so equipment issues can be addressed as efficiently as possible.
✅ No Deposit or Escrow
You don't need to pay a deposit or put money into an escrow account to start working with us.
📍 Our Location and Employment Terms
Our terminal is located in Woodstock, Illinois, near Chicago. This is a 1099 position, and I'll explain the employment terms and hiring process so you know what to expect.
