* **Solid Maintenance / Handyman Experience:** Skilled in everyday turn/punch-list repairs—drywall patching/texture, interior door/trim adjustments, light electrical (fans, fixtures, outlets), light plumbing (faucets, toilets, disposals), caulking, and general hardware assembly.
* **Tools & Transport:** Reliable vehicle and standard hand/power tools.
