Looking for a private unit, no individual room renting!
I am 27 and my partner is 28. I have a sizable savings (20k+, can offer proof if requested) and am disabled, but we have no current income. Partner would prefer a job close to wherever we settle.
We just moved to Tampa and have been paying 1500 a month for a motel, which is not ideal.
To be up front, I have a prior eviction due to a past abusive relationship, but my credit is in the high 600s otherwise, and am willing to pay several months in advance as added security. My partner has a credit score somewhere in the high 500s.
We are both smokers, but will obviously not smoke in the unit.
We would like a place with either in-unit laundry, or shared laundry. We would also like to have a stove with an oven. One or the other of these is fine.
Price range should be anywhere between $800-$1,100 (negotiable), with the higher end preferably having electric included.
It isn't a total dealbreaker but bonus if pets are allowed because I would possibly like to get one at some point. (No pets currently though)
