Currently looking at $650-700 rent max. We both work at EQC in Tacoma and would love to be near by. We are trying to make financial adjustments for some unforseen issues. 1 male cat fixed, 1 female cat not fixed. Shots since 1 year for both.

As far as it goes, we are just looking so finances can be saved and for breathing room. We have rental insurance through Lemon. We are both African American, I (male) born in Tacoma, She was born in Hawaii.

At the moment, we have no savings. That's the issue after a few incidents (privacy). Drained. Just need to be closer to EQC in Tacoma, WA.
