My name is Scott Qualls. After 20 plus years in the excavation industry, I have ventured out on my own. I started a small excavation company called Coulee city excavation. I am fully licensed, bonded, and insured. I have a small operation right now with a mini excavator, but have access to bigger equipment if needed at anytime. I have been a foreman for 20 years and have worked on many projects. I am very confident in the work I do. I have done a lot of underground work such as sewer, water, storm, and I have done a lot of dirt work such as digging ponds, roads, foundation, slab prep, etc.. I can build retaining walls, both block walls and rockeries. If there is any electrical contractors out there that need just trench work done, digging and setting light pole bases, setting vaults, I have a lot of experience with that.
