Up for sale is a walk behind mower de-thatcher. Works great! I really don't have the attaching hardware so you would have to get creative on how to attach it or find the exact hardware. I might have a few of the pieces if interested. One broken tine. Hi. I had it on my John Deere JX75 or 14SB style mower. It should fit a 21 in deck. Not sure what specific Toro Mower it attaches to.
