Room is currently occupied but will be empty. It will be furnished with a bed, tv, desk, chair and lamps. Shared bath with 2 female housemates. Street parking space avail in front of house. You’ll have access of kitchen, laundry, pool, backyard, dinning room and living room.
Keeping it peaceful, safe and non-judgemental atmosphere here is mandatory. F * * * l e preferred.
A little about us. I am an award winning salsa & tango dance teacher, working at home mostly in my studio garage. House shared with me (live in landlord its my place in master) and 3 females sharing the hallway bathroom (one is moving out). We all get along well and also keep to ourselves with positive vibe. We all contribute to house cleaning every week.
