Hi! I have a private unfurnished bedroom available now in my 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Costa Mesa. The room comes with its own private bathroom and a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.

The apartment is located in a beautiful gated community with resort-style amenities, including two large pools, a gym, movie theater, clubhouses, barbecue areas, fire pits, and lovely green spaces throughout the property. The apartment also has an in-unit washer and dryer and off-street parking.

It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, arts and cultural attractions, and the 405 and 55 freeways.

You would be sharing the home with only one other person in a quiet and peaceful environment. I’m hoping to find someone who also appreciates a clean, comfortable, and respectful home.

No smoking or drug use.
