Selling my tent trailer that needs the top rebuilt due to dry rot. A person with some basic building skills could easily make that part like new and the canvas is still in good shape - no rips, just a little dirty. The tires are in excellent condition and the spare is brand new. One could repurpose the frame too and make a utility trailer or something. All appliances worked 2 years ago and it's just been sitting in my field since. I was going to fix it and then redo the interior configuration, modernize it, but then I got busy.
