Established Corvallis property management company seeks an experienced, dependable contractor for ongoing residential maintenance, remodeling, and property improvement projects.
We own and manage a substantial portfolio of residential properties throughout Corvallis, including high-quality rental homes, multifamily properties, and rural acreage.
We maintain our properties to exceptionally high standards and are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship.
Work Includes
* Residential repairs, maintenance, and remodeling
* Carpentry, framing, trim, doors, and finish work
* Drywall installation, patching, texturing, and painting
* Flooring, cabinetry, and fixture installation
* Plumbing and electrical repairs within applicable licensing requirements
* Property renovations and tenant turnover preparation
* Exterior maintenance, landscaping, and general property improvements
* Occasional work involving outbuildings, barns, and rural property
Qualifications
* Strong experience in residential construction and maintenance
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Dependable, punctual, and productive
* Honest communication regarding progress, hours, and completed work
* Own basic tools and reliable transportation
* Ability to handle a variety of projects without extensive supervision

Compensation
$35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
